We, at Omega Dyes aim to provide a friendly, personal and efficient service to all our customers. Please bear in mind that the following terms and conditions apply:

Payment

All our prices are in pounds sterling. You can order by post, with a cheque payable to Omega Dyes or by stating your card details, and you can also order by phone with your card. We accept all major credit and debit cards but please note the minimum order that we can accept with a card payment is £5.

Prices are liable to change without prior warning. Please check when ordering.

Delivery

All parcels are sent 1^st class post (weight allowing) within the UK and by airmail (weight allowing) overseas.

It is our policy to send parcels out within one to two days of receiving the order but we do not guarantee to send out the parcel on the same day that an order is received. If a parcel does not arrive within 10 days, UK, or 2 weeks, overseas, please notify us and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

Your Rights

If you change your mind within seven days of ordering, we will refund the purchase costs on receipt of the returned items, provided they are unopened and in usable condition.

Complaints

If a parcel arrives damaged please notify us immediately. We will ask you to return it all to us and will replace the goods and refund your postage.

If a product is faulty please inform us and return the remainder of the item. We will provide a full refund, including the cost of the return postage.

We pride ourselves on our personal service and excellent relations with our customers, and are always happy to discuss any issues that may arise.

Privacy

We retain only your name and address on file, for mailing newsletters and similar information. We will never pass on or sell these details nor will we pass on or sell your e-mail address. If you use the links, from this website, to other peoples' sites they may be able to access your address. Please bear this in mind as it is beyond our control.

We maintain the highest possible levels of security and will never knowingly send unsolicited e-mail.
